GENERAL

Yes, everything selling in Kyosei E-Store is ready stock! Products that label with out of stock logo are non-orderable. However, if the product ordered is out of stock or insufficient quantity, we will contact you personally by email or phone.

USER REGISTRATION

VIP Member is exclusive for our existing Kyosei Group member with Member Card after register as normal user,  VIP member may go to My Account > Select Upgrade to VIP key in the correct details as given, we will notify member once the member has upgraded to VIP member.

After registering as our user, the system will retain your mailing information, so that you need not re-enter same information on your next order. You can also view transaction records, order details, and online user price.

ORDERS

Enter your promo code in the text box marked “APPLY COUPON” on the Cart page during the checkout process.

We’ll ship out your order within 3 working days (excluded Sunday / Public Holiday) as soon as we received payment.

Changes in the delivery address / phone number / recipient name is not allowed after the order has been successfully made. This is one of the precautionary steps to avoid and prevent fraud attempt. Kindly ensure all the information is correct prior to place an order.

Order items are not able to modify after submission, please submit a new order.

After Login, access My Account at the top menu, where you can view all transaction records, order details

 

PAYMENT

(1) U-Pay

  • (a) Online Banking (FPX)
  • (b) Credit / Debit Card (Ex: Visa & Mastercard )

System will automatically verify your payment if you choose the payment methods above. Please contact customer service to check your payment record if your order showed payment error/failed.

* You will be redirect to the payment platform for remittances once you choose the payment method and submit your order.
Note: The payment process must be completed in one time, therefore, please avoid filling data errors / press the return key / under the unstable network during the remittance steps.

(2) Pay by Hong Leong Bank

You may make payment to our bank account via cash deposit machines, bank counters, ATM deposits, online transfer, cheque.

* Please contact customer service and attach the order number & payment receipt in order to proceed your payment asap via available channel (Whatsapp) after payment made.

You may submit your payment notification at My Account > , click on the “Payment Notification” and fill in your payment information.

(3) Self pick-up

Only available at Kuala Lumpur / Kyosei Group

*Kindly contact customer service to arrange for pickup time.

(4) COD ( Cash On Delivery)

Only available in Kuala Lumpur Area

Minimum order RM50

All orders will keep for 3 days and automatically delete afterwards. Deletion is not reversible, please re-order if required.

DELIVERY

Kyosei E-Store support several posting methods to meet different requirement for our customer.

For your information, we will arrange to ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days after your order turns into the status of [payment accepted].

There are no posting service at Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

West Malaysia

  • Delivery time in 1-3 working days
  • Self pick-up (only for pick up in Kuala Lumpur)

East Malaysia

  • Delivery time in 5-7 working days

You may add the products into the cart and then the system will automatically calculate for you

  • System will automatically calculate item weights and postage, but due to many reasons, it might not be 100% exactly same with actual postage, no changes or adjustment will be made.
  • Item weights will add another 20% of the total weight for packing box and warping material.
  • For postage to other countries please contact with our customer service.

Important

  1. If a parcel arrives found serious damage, please do not sign and receive the parcel or else could not proceed with a damage claim.
  2. If parcel lost during delivery, claims are handled through the courier company, but we will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
  3. After sending out your parcel, the system will send the tracking number to you through your email.
  4. We do not guarantee parcel arrival date or time, for the urgent parcel please contact the courier company to confirm the delivery is on the desired time-frame. Self-pickup is most recommended.

System will notify your tracking number by email after shipped out. Please make sure your registered email is valid to received email.

  • Items received more than 14 days.
  • A used or unsealed product, except certain stated conditions
  • Product not sold by Kyosei E-Store.
  • Product damaged by buyer.
  • Free gift and samples.
  • Due to health and hygiene reason, we are unable to exchange or refund for all the shapewear products.
